If you want to build any type of structure on your lot then you must submit it to the Architectural Review Board for approval. This includes, but not limited to: houses, sheds, garages, barns, etc.
The basic purpose of the architectural review board is to establish and preserve a harmonious design for the community and to protect the property value of all homeowners.
